The Returning Student Scholarship was established to provide support for need-based scholarships for students enrolled at the University who are at least 23 years of age and who meet additional eligibility considerations. The Returning Student Scholarship is supported by Returning Student Program donors and the National Council of Jewish Women, Inc., Montgomery County MD Section in memory of Riddia Cass, a pioneer in the organization.
